Informed Packing Decisions depend on thorough knowledge of the multiple factors presented by the object itself and the risks to be mitigated- from various methods of shipment, and short-term or long-term storage.  All of our project managers have extensive hands-on experience and are uniquely equipped to assist any client in this process.  TDI has long been an innovator in the packing field.  In consultation with conservators, TDI developed its own packing specifications and assisted many institutions in the development of their own specifications.  The illustrated "TDI Services Guide, Standards and Practices" is available upon request.
